FollettRevaReva Joan Jensen Follett, 84, of Fairview/Layton, Utah passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018 peacefully. Reva was born in Fairview, UT to George James and Anna Pearl Tucker Jensen on May 6, 1933. She went to school at North Sanpete High School and received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at BYU. She taught in Las Vegas, NV for a few years before marrying her high school sweetheart Kyle Wayne Follett in the Manti Temple on August 1, 1958. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served faithfully in many callings as well a temple worker in the Ogden and Manti temples. She served a full-time mission in the Texas, McAllen mission home with Kyle. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kyle Wayne Follett,; parents George and Anna Jensen; siblings, Colleen Neilson, and Connie Miner,; great grandchildren Macie Jo Gardner and Trevin Leinbach. Reva is survived by her children, Peggy Leinbach (Jon), Lori Parker (Chris), Janet Pearson (Michael), Meri Newhouse (Jay), Carrie Follett, Kyle Follett (Tamara); seventeen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. The Follett family of Reva wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Steven Morrell, Country Care and Pheasant View Assisted Living & Horizon Hospice staff especially Debbie. Funeral Services will be held Monday April 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with a viewing from 9:00-9:30 a.m. prior to services at the Kaysville South Stake Center 900 South Main Street. Burial will follow at Fairview City Cemetery later that day.
