Louis Kay Sharp was born to Richard Eugene (Gene) and Juanita Lewellyn Sharp on Sept. 9, 1954 in Mt. Pleasant UT. He was raised in Cortez, CO, graduating from high school in 1972.  He decided to follow in his Grandfather Sharp’s footsteps to become a butcher and moved to Toledo OH to go to school.  Upon completion of this school, he settled in UT; working for Smith’s Food King for many years; later working at Kent’s Market in Ephraim UT where he worked until he retired.

His first marriage ended in divorce but blessed him with two beautiful daughters: Misty Kay and Kammie Diane.
In 2002 he met the love of his life Tamra (Sam) Shaw.  They married in July 2002.
He passed away unexpectedly at his home in Fairview UT on Sept 6th.
