3/23/1948 ~ 1/12021

Mount Pleasant, UT, Maureen “Mo” Lee Didier Warren beloved sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away January 1, 2021 at Utah Valley Hospital from COVID with underlying health issues.  We are grateful that she is no longer suffering and was able to join loved ones who preceded her in death.  Maureen was born March 23, 1948, in St George, Utah, to Nolan and Kathleen Lee.  She was the seventh of twelve children.

She loved music, cooking, and reading but family was her greatest joy in life.  The kids loved her and called her “Mo Mom”.  She was truly an amazing person who always saw the best in people.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Graveside services will be at the Mount Pleasant City Cemetery Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.

Always thought I would see you again. Miss you dear aunt but hoping you are happy, playing the piano and enjoying your time with family.

  2. Maureen was part of our tight circle of first cousins who enjoyed life as “Best Friends”!
We lived in two different states, Utah & Oregon, as nearby neighbors who had lots of time to spend with each other! We had slumber parties at each others’ homes, and slept under the stars in one another’s backyards, in the Summertime! We tubed down rivers together, went roller skating and ice skating together, and traveled to lakes & oceans & mountains for picnics and camping trips!
We went to Drive-In theaters as a group, attended Church and Mutual together, even worked together in the berry fields, all the while singing songs and making up our own songs!
Maureen was always the voice of calm & reason in those silly days! She spoke softly and bowed her head and laughed quietly with a lilt and a dimple on her cheek!
Adulthood came and separated us to opposite ends of our country…but she always remained in my heart as a “Best Friend/Cousin”! I Love you Cousin Maureen…hope to have more Good Times with you in the future!
