Arthur Melvin Linsenbigler

Arthur Melvin Linsenbigler was born on May 2, 1946 in Sebastopol, California to Eugene Grier Linsenbigler and Lois Evaline Doty. He was born and raised in California but became a long time resident of Mount Pleasant, Utah. He worked at Wasatch Academy as a Security Night Watchman from 1979 to until he retired in 2013. He was good at his job and everyone knew when he was coming because they could hear his many keys jangling as he walked. Every chance he got, he’d drive around the surrounding hills and canyons searching for rocks and gems. He learned to polish and cut them into jewelry pieces. Mel passed away on June 5th at Good Life Senior Living of Mt Pleasant, Utah. He was preceded in death by his parents. There will be a graveside memorial service at the Mount Pleasant City Cemetery on Friday, June 17th at 11am. A light luncheon will follow at the red brick LDS church building at 49 South State Street in Mt Pleasant Utah. Online condolences at rasmussenmortuary.com
