Chantel “Bug” Truitt

Chantel “Bug” Truitt, 34 of Fountain Green, Utah passed away February 27, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. Born June 1, 1987 to Steven Winn & Alison “Ally” Rasmussen Tucker in Nephi, Utah. Married Brian Truitt November 13, 2010 in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. They have one beautiful daughter Isabelle “Belle” Alison Truitt.
Chantel typically spent her time reading cookbooks, creating meals for her family. She went out of her way to make every family gathering special. She loved gardening in the outdoors with her husband, daughter and her dumb dog Rosko. Chantel knew how to turn our house into a home, decorate it and make it a warm and loving place. She always looked forward to the football season, watching her Green Bay Packers, a true Cheesehead at heart just like her Dad. Chantel always took time to celebrate other peoples achievements and make them feel accomplished/loved.
Chantel is survived by her husband Brian; daughter Belle; mother Ally Tucker; siblings Anthony Tucker; Dustin (Amy) Tucker, Whitney Tucker (Jeramia Chadwick). Preceded in death by her father Steven Tucker.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Fountain Green Chapel (151 S 200 W). Viewings will be held Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment in the Fountain Green City Cemetery.
