Eddie Leon Robinett

It is with great sadness that the family of Eddie L Robinett announce his passing on August 10th, 2024, at age 82.

Eddie was born and raised in Murray, UT on June 26th, 1942, to Eddie Jay Robinett and Vera Elaine Seybold. He attended schools in the Payson and Ogden areas graduating from Weber High School in 1961.

He worked in the Wastewater Treatment industry from age 19 until he retired in 2005.

He married Wynona Annie Clark; they had 3 children.

He later married Debbie Bishop who became his sweetheart and best friend in life. Together, they raised four additional children.

Eddie had an uncanny ability to find the best fishing spots and was an expert marksman in bird hunting and big game. Over the years, he had a number of beloved dogs that he took hunting and others as companions, the latest being Moose.

Everyone that knew Eddie knew that his main hobby was renovating homes. He finished more than 30 homes in his lifetime due to unmatched work ethic and ability to create beautiful and unique landscapes. He especially loved planting and raising trees.

Eddie was known for his funny and sometimes uncensored humor. He would never hesitate to lend a helping hand and was kind to others, especially to those he saw needed a friend.

Survived by his wife Debbie; children, Robin O'Dell, David (Judy) Robinett, Perry (Paul) Robinett, Douglas (Ashley) Robinett, Robert (Stephanie) Winget, Taletta (Ehtan) Myers, Eszie Robinett, 20 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents; stepmother Lola Robinett; grandmother Molly Seybold and sister Sandy Parkin.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Fairview City Cemetery with a viewing starting at 10:00 a.m. at the cemetery.
