Erin Moss Conner

Erin Moss Conner, 82 of Moroni, Utah passed away October 19, 2018 at her home. She was the daughter of Elmer Marion and Francis Bodine Moss and was born in Evanston, Wyoming on June 16, 1936. Erin graduated from Davis High School and later attended business college. She was an active member of the LDS Church, served in the Manti Temple as an ordinance worker for 15 years, and was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She was active in family history when they first started until the present time. She married Richard H. Haacke on June 7, 1956 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, later divorced. Erin married William P. Conner, Jr. on December 4, 1986 in Evanston, Wyoming. They were later sealed in the Manti Temple on June 4, 1998. She has 9 children: Margaret Haacke, Stanley B.(Shauna) Haacke; Charles M. (Dona) Haacke; Danielle H. (Mitch) Hood; Gaylene H. (Bruce) Jensen; William Park “Bill” (Cathy) Conner III; Cynthia Lea (Shawn) Gleed; Dennis L. Johns; Robert Lynn Johns; 28 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by, her parents; sister, Roma Marie Moss. Erin was a loving wife, eternal companion, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother as well as a loving friend. Funeral services will be held October 25, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in the Moroni, Utah Stake Center (80 N Center St, Moroni, UT). Viewings on Wednesday, October 24, from 6-8:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 25, at 10:30 a.m. both at the stake center. Interment in the Moroni Cemetery. Online condolence at www.rasmussenmortuary.com
