Gladys Debra “Debbie” Woolsey
“Our little social butterfly”, 67 of Fairview, Utah passed away peacefully July 2, 2022, surrounded by family. She was born February 16, 1955 to Duane and June Sorensen in Murray, Utah. She attended Granite High School. She married Ricky Woolsey March 12, 1984 in Fairview, Utah. She loved family, friends, loved to crochet, and collect dolls.
Debbie is survived by her husband Ricky Woolsey; 2 stepdaughters, April Woolsey, Trina Jorgenson; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; 3 sisters and 1 brother, Betty Andersen (Chet) of Fairview, Judy Wright Roper of Mt. Pleasant, Greg Sorensen (Natalie) of Salina, and Pinky Schear (Bud) of Mt. Pleasant; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Debbie is preceded in death by her father, mother, grandparents, 2 sisters Murley and Jerry. She had many friends and was loved by all.
The family wants to thank the staff of IHC, Hospice and home care of Sanpete.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Fairview 1st Ward Chapel (122 S State St) with a viewing from 9:30 – 10:30 prior to services. Interment in the Fairview City Cemetery.
