Janet Joyce Salisbury Finn, age 71, of Fairview, UT passed away October 30, 2018 in Provo, UT. She was born December 1, 1946 in Idaho Falls, ID to Royal Salisbury Jr. & Eva Joyce Tunks. She married Micheal Eugene Finn on August 26, 1966 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She is survived by her husband Mike Finn, Fairview, UT; children, Jana (Rhett) Prows, St. George, UT; Jim (Doug) Finn, Sandy, UT; Jeff (Carma) Finn, Herriman, UT; Jed Finn, West Jordan, UT; Joani (John) Jordan, West Jordan, UT; sister, Gwenn (Ray) Heileson, Driggs, ID. Janet also has 8 grandchildren with an additional grandchild expected in November and 5 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents and son, Jon Micheal Finn.
Janet was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved her religion, serving in various positions during her life, and she thoroughly enjoyed working in the Manti Temple for the last 8 years. Janet loved spending time doing family history work and had many hobbies including arts and crafts. She also enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 5, 2018 at 12:00pm in the Fairview 3rd Ward Chapel (100 N 131 E). Viewings Sunday 6-8 pm at Rasmussen Mortuary (96 N 100 W) in Mt.
