Ofelia Corona

 Ofelia Serrano passed peacefully in her home in Moroni Utah July 3, 2024.
Ofelia Serrano had the time to spend quality time with her loved ones. She was very blessed and loved until her last days.
Ofelia lived summers in her home in Moroni Utah, during fall and winter she lived in her home in Mexico. Ofelia had a great sense of humor, courage, and moral strength even after she was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Ofelia learned how to be a mother at a very young age loosing her mother at age 9 she was left with the responsibility to help her father raise her 4 siblings. She has been a mother figure to many and will truly be missed.
Survivors of Ofelia are her Husband  Alfredo Serrano; 6 children who live in Moroni and one of her daughters lives in Mexico, Juvenal Serrano (Maribel), Virginia Serrano, Teresa Serrano, Rosendo Serrano (Patricia) Maria Elen Serrano (Salomon) Alicia Serrano. 

 A Viewing will be held Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 7:00 -9:00 p.m. at Rasmussen Mortuary. Mass will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. in the Saint Jude Catholic Center (160 E Center, Ephraim, UT) Interment in the Moroni City Cemetery under the care of Rasmussen Mortuary.
