Patsy Lavell Davies passed away peacefully in her sleep early Saturday morning, September 22nd 2018. She was born September 3rd 1945 in Salina Utah. She was the seventh out of nine children. She lived in Lymon Utah and went to school in Bicknell until she was 15. Then she moved to St. George, Where she attended Dixie High School
In 1964 she married Ron Hundersmarck, and in 1966 Troy was born. When Troy was 3, Patsy divorced Ron and moved to Richfield, where she attended Beauty School.
She met Gary Davies and they were married in 1974. He had 2 children, Preston and Michelle.
It wasn’t long before Gary was asked to return to Fillmore and help with the family farm. They moved to Fillmore and Jason was born in 1976. Patsy and Gary built a house on the farm and Todd was born in 1981.
In 1986 Patsy started working at the Paradise Inn. She worked there 35 years and worked with many people who still love her.
Patsy would do anything to see her kids happy, she loves them dearly. She was a dedicated grandmother. She was always at one activity or another, showing her love and support.
These past two months Patsy’s light has shown bright. She accepted everything as it came and never let anything break her spunky spirit.
Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and LaVell White, two brothers, Arden (Jenny) White and Lynn White and her sister Clara (Ferral) Dunn. She leaves behind, her husband Gary Davies, her children Preston Davies, Troy Hundersmarck, Michelle and Murrin Wulfenstein, Jason and April Davies and Todd and Megan Davies, 5 granddaughters, Kori , Kara, Chantelle, Alyssa, Raschelle and Mckennah , 3 grandsons; Koen, Kyler and Camden , 5 great-grandchildren , her brothers Bruce (Lorraine) White, John (Beverly) White and Royd (Lori deceased)White, her sisters Charlotte (Clem deceased) Barney, and Nancy White, and sister in-law Beatrice White and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services Friday September 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Fillmore LDS Stake Center. Viewing Friday from 12:00-1:30 p.m. at the Fillmore Stake Center. Interment in the Fillmore City Cemetery. Online condolence at www.rasmussenmortuary.com
