Rulon Wesley Taylor

Rulon Wesley Taylor III, 70 of Ephraim, UT, passed away November 21, 2023 after battling cancer and heart problems for years. Born December 15, 1952 in Quantico, VA to Rulon Wesley Jr. & Marilyn Joyce Jackson Taylor. He was a companion to Marianne Taylor and was a good father to her kids.
Rulon was a very talented driver who could handle any load and keep his equipment operational.  He was very dedicated to family. Whenever a kid would call it was “what do they need '' and off to the rescue he would go, without a single complaint, no matter the time of day or night or what other plans he had.  He had the most caring, compassionate heart, and loved helping at any time. He also enjoyed going out on adventures into the backcountry.  He was very supportive of anything Merianne did, he backed her 100 percent.

Rulon is survived by his partner Marianne Taylor; her children Skylar (Jen) Ballard and Terina Mickey; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; siblings Tim (Chris) Tayor; Ron (Vallene) Taylor, Kimberly (Mike) Thomson; James Taylor. He is preceded in death by his parents.

A Viewing will be held Monday November 27, 2023 at Rasmussen Mortuary (96 N 100 W, Mt. Pleasant, UT) from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. after which he will be cremated.
