Scott Andrew Burns

Scott Andrew Burns passed away January 6, 2019 in Provo, Utah. Born to James “Bud” and Rabecca Burns May 17, 1965 in Hemet, CA. Married Carma Charlesworth later divorced, they have a son together, Sterling Jason Burns. Scott graduated from Millard High School in 1983. He excelled in Track and Field in several events. He was extremely crafty in wood working, including making beautiful bows and arrows and great with beads and knots for jewelry making. He had a very kind tender heart.
Preceded in death by his father Bud, brother Jason. Survived by his son, Sterling; mother, Rabecca; brother, Jim Burns; sister Kristyne Burns. He will be greatly missed.
A special thanks to all the medical staff, ambulance and life flight attendants and police officers who strived so hard to revive him.
Funeral services will be held Saturday January 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Holden Ward Chapel with a viewing from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment in the Holden Town Cemetery. Online condolence at rasmussenmortuary.com
