Vivian “Kathy” Kathleen Shelley, 71 of Fairview, Utah, passed away August 13, 2019 at her home. She was born April 29, 1948 to Don J & Vivian May Benson Bawden in Murray, Utah. She married William Clark Shelley November 6, 1981 in the Salt Lake City Temple. They lived in Magna, Utah and moved to Fairview, Utah when William retired. She enjoyed music, crafts and especially making quilts of which many friends and family benefitted from. Kathy is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many callings.
Kathy is survived by her husband William; son Bryan Barton Christensen; brother, Don J Bawden; sisters-in-law, Beverly & Sharron Bawden. Preceded in death by her parents; daughter Maria Christensen; brothers, Paul and Neil Bawden.
Funeral services will be held Saturday August 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mt. Pleasant North Stake Center with a viewing from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment in the Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery. Online condolence rasmussenmortuary.com
